Reiki & Restorative Yoga at The Forever Farm in Middleboro, MA:
Join us for a peaceful evening at The Forever Farm, where gentle movement, Reiki energy healing, and the calming atmosphere of the farm come together for a deeply restorative experience.
This intimate 90-minute practice will be led by Diana Young, owner of Ascend: Reiki, Yoga, & Wellness. Diana will guide you through supportive restorative yoga poses designed to encourage the body to slow down, soften, and release tension. Reiki energy healing will be incorporated throughout the practice to support relaxation, grounding, and an overall sense of well-being. Register at ForeverFarm.org

Sip & Stretch
This workshop blends wellness and education on bioactive precision peptides from Make Wellness. We’ll begin with a short vinyasa all levels sequence, followed by an information session about what peptides are, how Make’s products are different from the synthetic injections you hear about, and how they can complement your daily routine to help make a difference in your health and overall wellness. Community Reiki Event
Join me for a deeply restorative afternoon of guided meditation and individual Reiki energy healing. We’ll begin together in a grounding meditation to soften the nervous system and settle the mind. From there, each participant will receive a brief individual Reiki session while resting comfortably in the studio, accompanied by calming music and a peaceful atmosphere. This experience is designed to support energetic release, emotional clarity, and deep relaxation. This workshop is ideal for anyone curious about Reiki, those feeling overwhelmed or energetically depleted, or anyone seeking reset, clarity, or quiet space.
